ive been looking for a job in Melbourne as an instructor but cant seem to find anything so if any jobs are available id like to here from ya

There's not alot of wake/ski schools in Vic. The only one I can think of is Brett Sands in Echuca/Moama so you're probably going to struggle to find much. Think laterally instead. If you want to be involved in the wakeboarding industry perhaps try and get a job at a gear store (Deja Vu, Wayne Richies, Macs etc) or if you want to teach a board sport maybe try snowboard instructing at one of the hills over winter. The other alternative is to go where the work is, either up north where there are a few more schools (Black Diamond is the only one I know of) or head across to the states to one of their wakeboarding summer camps.
