There is still LM material sitting in a factory in china ready to be made into boardies and ride shorts for over 2 years, production totally seized back in like march last year, yes Justin isn't great at sending out orders that have been paid for but he has taken a total lead on all the new gear hes been displaying on facebook and it will be available soon.

I think you should probably review this post, publicly defaming someone who has received nothing but praise and supported Australian wakeboarding since the beginning is a pretty silly idea. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but some a better left unsaid

I'm not defaming anybody all I'm saying is before people make allegations they should understand what they are talking about. I have nothing but praise for what Ben personally has done for the industry in Australia as well, but go ask an LM rider if they got any gear in the last year before Ben sold to Justin and they will tell you they got a complete cold shoulder.

I think you're completely missing the point Kid. When you buy a product, you expect to receive it within a reasonable time frame.

When I last ordered with Ben, he didn't have all the gear I ordered so he did not process the payment for the items he could not deliver, that is how you conduct yourself in business, if he was intending to sell the Brand he would not order a heap of new gear, you would leave that to the new owner.

I don't give a damn if Ben looked after his team riders or not - how sad that they had to chase him up to get their free gear... at least he looked after the people who actually paid for it.

Ben was great the times I bought stuff. One of the times i placed an order he called me nearly immediately to apologise he was out of stock and offered an upgrade on a similar product for the same price. Thats good service.

I like the LM stuff alot, but the stuff I am hearing now means I wont be buying any more LM gear.

Kid, your off the mark buddy. The FACT is, people are placing orders, paying money and not getting the goods. Stop defending LM, it makes you look like a goose.

yeah i agree with the others, even if Ben didnt supply enough gear to his riders, at least he always put his paying customers first!

Have you guys sent photos to LM of yourself in a bikini? 8O If you look on their Facebook page, it appears that if you are wearing a bikini then you get heaps of gear!! :D

it really doesn't make sense to
[*]continue advertising product that is not delivered to paying customers
[*]continue taking money from paying customers that never get product
[*]continue to talk up and advertise the riders you have signed to a company that doesn't deliver product to the people that make the company successful/profitable (aka paying customers)
[*]update your website and facebook regularly but fail to fix your poor communication with customers.

What's the point in having signed riders and continuing to sign more to promote your label if paying customers can't get the product? Seems like the cart before the horse! The signed riders will have all the gear but no customers will be left to buy the gear they are promoting.

Sold old issues with Liquid Malisha, i tried to be supportive of Justin and spoke to him a dozen times and he seemed like a good bloke but has absolutely no business skills. I made another order on the 13th May for around $200 bust still nothing, no return sms, no goods no nothing. I have bought a bunch load of gear probably around $1000 worth, tshirts, hoodies and even put his big decals on my Wakesetter. I recommend no one get any gear until he sorts his s*it out.
All my other orders had issues and excuses and now he keeps changing mobile numbers so you cant track him down.

That sucks. I used to order BIG when they had their winter sales - They had the best ride shorts on the market. I hope you guys get your gear ASAP.
Enjoy the ride. Any time on the water is good time!

What's more interesting is Ben has disappeared off the planet. Does anyone know where he is and what he's up to these days?

Last time I spoke with Ben he was working at Trojan.
He has always had a successful family business in the Windsor area. LM was just a hobby that got big enough for him to justify a full time job from.
