Postby Obrien_Aust » Wed Aug 13, 2008 4:55 pm

Not 100% sure if I am supoposed to post this yet BUT it is going out to all our retailers this week anyway so I assume its OK
This is the Daniel Watkins Decade closed toe boot
They are due to go into production in November so lets keep our fingers crossed they stay on schedule and we should see them in December, what do you think?????

There will also be a Josh Sanders Vice and a ladies Skyla Dallas Friday as well

they look the goods , nice and simple and stylish , be good to see how they hold up , the thin laces looks like a snapper. you can see a few design features from some LF boots in them aswell

what is the price going to be?

My first thought was the 06 Shane as well. They do look good though, Obrien just seems to be a bit behind for now

I was thinking that THAT is how the Shanes should have looked. A far better looking boot. I wonder how they ride.
Enjoy the ride. Any time on the water is good time!

Big improvement over there Ions etc that did not really look like a boot. They look pretty good except for the laces which will snap pretty quick at cable.

good to see obrien stepping it up.
i reckon these are the best looking boots so far. Actually look like proper boots instead of the 's coming out of LF and ronix that are too nuggety.

and whoever said they look like the 06 shanes --> you are a w@nker f*ck off

Lookin alot like Ronix and Lf Boots these are. Liquids new smooth toe profile, similar base plate system, and lace locks! Ronix stringing system with the straps that pull your heel back.

expect them to use different base systems/design feature etc but if you cant see similarities
in colour/design to the 06 LF shanes i think maybe you should check if you know your stuff...

Far out man. I was just stating my opinion. its the first thing i thought when i saw them, and it appears some others agree. I didnt say it was a BAD thing, or a good thing. Was just an observation i made.

far out...
