My wife wants me to make her a disc for next weekend. Can anyone tell me what diameter it should be and roughly how thick the ply should be.

We used to use around 800mm dia I think, although a couple of them were a bit smaller. The smaller ones we bevelled the egdes to make them a bit more maneuverable. For doing tricks and riding with barstools on, the larger ones were better.

The ones we use are 900mm round and 12mm thick.
